The bathroom floor is tiled and has a tub/shower.

There is a separate kitchenette with a picture window in the dining nook.

$300/month includes pure artesian water, septic service, garbage service, wi-fi and use of all shared facilities. Hot water and electric heating and cooling are estimated at about $45 per month.

All rental units and RV spaces making use of community facilities require a 3-hour per week "putter" commitment, or the equivalent. which means doing something constructive and personally enjoyable that contributes to the improvement of the community, wildlife, or recreational areas to the benefit and enjoyment of the residents.
